Founded in 1986 as Regent Office Care Ltd, our company has an annual turnover of over £35 million and a staff of more than 4500 servicing over 1000 contracts across a wide range of public and private sector clients. We operate from offices in:

SERVICE STANDARDS

Regent is larger than most UK cleaning companies, but small enough to field the resources and expertise to deliver a consistently high standard of service whilst keeping individual contracts visible at board level. It's a philosophy that's very attractive to our clients.

TRAINING

We take the development of our primary resource - our staff - seriously. In 2011, Regent will open an in-house BICSc-accredited training centre for cleaning and supervisory staff at its Coventry headquarters. The company holds a BICSc multi-site training licence and is undertaking National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Levels 1 and 2 training. Regent also holds a ROSPA Bronze Award for its health and safety training standards.

QUALITY ACCREDITED

Our training resource is also responsible for monitoring compliance with the quality systems, procedures and controls upon which our ISO 9001 accreditation is founded.

We are committed to delivering a quality, value for money service to the total satisfaction of all of our customers and to help us achieve this we have drawn up a quality policy accredited to ISO9001:2008.

This can be adapted to fit with the specific requirements of our clients allowing for continuous improvement.
